The NCASS Health & Safety training course enebles the business owner to comply with The Health and Safety at Work Act which requires business owners to ensure, instruction, training and supervision as is necessary to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, the health and safety at work of employees.
The NCASS Health & Safety in Catering training course is intended for business owners, managers and supervisors and is a good grounding in health and safety law and practice for all catering business's.
